AEROSHAPE is our brand-new body contact carry system for hiking and bike packs.
It is extraordinary in terms of sustainability, lightweight and comfort! Why? Because we use a recycled polyester air mesh layer and less materials. We save weight and offer full freedom of movement and great climate control.
Layers & Highlights
ABS layer
A profiled ABS board, shaped in a body-contoured silhouette design, is responsible for carrying the load comfortably.
EVA layer
Cushioning EVA foam with ventilation cut-outs illustrates the breathability of the system.
Airmesh layer
Very unique is the airmesh layer in its one-piece construction. This allows us to use less variation in materials and makes it very efficient in the manufacturing process.
