Our company headquarters will relocate to Eschborn towards the end of 2026, and your primary workplace will transition to Eschborn accordingly.
Your role in the Wolfpack:
- Supporting a defined group of employees and managers in all HR-related matters
- Advising managers on employment law, organizational, and people management topics in the day-to-day business environment
- Managing individual HR measures such as restructurings, transfers, and contract amendments in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Supporting managers in performance, development, and feedback processes
- Preparing works council hearings, employment contracts, and contract amendments
- Ensuring consistent, timely, and high-quality HR administration within your area of responsibility
- Contributing to projects aimed at optimizing, digitizing, and standardizing HR processes while actively shaping modern HR ways of working
What you bring:
- Completed commercial vocational training, ideally complemented by an HR-related qualification (e.g., certified HR specialist)
- At least three years of professional experience in operational HR, for example as an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner/HR Advisor
- Solid knowledge of employment law, social security, and payroll tax regulations
- Experience in supporting and advising managers and employees on operational HR topics
- Proficient in the use of standard Microsoft Office applications
- Initial experience in project work, particularly in the areas of digitalization, automation, or process optimization, is an advantage
- Experience working with HR systems as well as an interest in digital and AI-supported tools to support HR processes
- Fluent German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills combined with a service- and solution-oriented mindset
- A team-oriented, structured, and reliable approach to working in an operational HR environment
- Willingness to take ownership and contribute to an open and constructive culture of learning from mistakes
