Your role in the Wolfpack:
- Develop and implement the company’s retail profit protection strategy, policies, and procedures across all stores.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to stock loss, shrinkage, fraud, and operational non-compliance.
- Lead investigations into theft, fraud, or other loss-related incidents and coordinate with legal or external authorities as needed.
- Partner with retail operations, finance, and supply chain teams to improve stock accuracy, cash handling, and inventory control processes.
- Introduce and monitor effective loss prevention systems, technology, and reporting tools.
- Establish and track KPIs for shrinkage reduction, compliance, and profit protection performance.
- Design and deliver training programs to educate store teams on profit protection best practices.
- Provide regular analysis and reporting on shrinkage trends, risks, and improvement opportunities to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure alignment with corporate standards and compliance requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in loss prevention and retail profit protection.
- Travel frequently to retail stores to oversee implementation, support investigations, and ensure adherence to profit protection standards.
What you bring:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in retail loss prevention, profit protection, or risk management, ideally in a multi-store international retail environment.
- Strong understanding of shrinkage drivers, risk management methodologies, and retail operational processes.
- Experience leading investigations, managing compliance programs, and implementing preventive measures.
- Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and reporting skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with profit protection technologies (EAS, POS data analytics, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Fluency in English and German is required
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across retail locations, both domestically and internationally.
